Java Developer
Requirements:
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience• 8 years of web development experience
• Core computer science competencies (data structures, algorithms, OOA&D)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to learn and adopt established best practices
• Ability to diagnose complex enterprise application problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient Java programming skills
• Java Testing (JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
• Spring Framework (MVC, Web Flow, ORM, etc.)
• Solid understanding of relational database theory and practice
Responsibilities:
• Refine software requirements• Recommend technical solutions
• Design test scenarios
• Practice test-first development
